ALBANY - Investigators are at the Fort Orange Club, trying to determine what caused an overnight fire to the landmark building.
The cause and extent of the fire is unclear. It appears the fire damaged a front entrance to the 110 Washington Ave. building.
The Fort Orange Club has been in operation for 140 years. It's known for its opulent apartments and a dining room where the region's power brokers have enjoyed meals and cut deals for generations.
