Famed Panama City Beach nightclub Club La Vela will remain closed for the Spring season.
The club has been closed since it was damaged by Hurricane Michael in 2018. According to its Facebook post, Club La Vela remains in negotiations with its insurance company. No announcement was made as to when - or if - Club La Vela will reopen.
“We will post any updated on Facebook and our website,” the post said. “Thanks for all your love and supports.”
Opening in 1984, Club La Vela bills itself as the “World’s Largest Nightclub” and the world’s “Spring Break headquarters.”
